This Privacy Policy sets forth the policies of Canstate Enterprises Inc. (“Canstate,” “we,” “us” or “our”), located in the Canada, with respect to personal information that is collected from Registered Users of the Site.  All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning attributed to them in the Terms of Use of the Site. 
By voluntarily providing us with your personal information you expressly consent to the collection and processing by Canstate of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you provide, or authorize the provision of your personal information to this Site, you acknowledge and expressly agree that such personal information may be transferred, for the purposes as defined in this Privacy Policy, from your current location to the offices and servers of Canstate and the authorized third parties (the “Third Parties”) referred to herein located in countries outside of Canada, which may have different standards of data protection; your personal information will only ever be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy however).
We collect and process your personal information when you voluntarily choose to become a Registered User and/or purchase Products and/or Services via the Site. We also collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you browse the Site as a User. 
The following personal information will be collected and processed: professional e-mail address, professional phone number, professional address, title, primary contact person and, where applicable, a description of your preferences for Products and/or Services. If your purchase Products and/or Services via the Site, we will also request that your provide information for payment and billing purposes such as credit card information and billing address.

Other data

Passively-collected information: When you interact with Canstate through the Site, we receive and store certain non-personally identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Canstate may store such information itself or it may be included in databases owned and maintained by Canstate’ affiliates, agents, or service providers. This Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no personal information is available or used in this process.

How we share the information that we receive

We may share your personal information with Third Parties including, but not limited to, the following: Agents, Consultants, and related Third Parties. Canstate, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples include mailing information, maintaining databases, and processing payments. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we provide them only with the information that they need to perform their specific function, and we select companies that provide sufficient guarantees of confidentiality and security. During the registration process for Registered Users, our Site provides an opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from Canstate and/or Third Parties.

Unsolicited information

This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any Unsolicited Information you provide to the Site to the extent that the Unsolicited Information does not contain any personal information.
